Important Information
- Identification Requirement: Carry a valid ID (Passport or any Government-issued ID). Note that passengers without valid ID cannot participate in the flight.
- Mandatory Waiver Form: Complete and submit the waiver form online at least 24 hours prior to the flight.
- Weight and Height Restrictions: Maximum weight limit is 110 kg and minimum height requirement is 140 cm.
- Pregnancy Restriction: Pregnant women are not permitted to fly.
- Alcohol and Drug Policy: Strict prohibition against flying under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Health and Physical Conditions: Individuals with serious heart conditions, severe knee or back pain, recent major surgery (within the last 6 months), broken limbs, or a fear of heights are advised against participating.
- Mental and Physical Disability Policy: Those with mental health or significant physical disabilities cannot participate.
- Declaration of Health: All passengers must sign a declaration confirming the absence of the aforementioned health conditions.
- Flexible Transfer Timings: Transfer pick-up/drop-off times may adjust by 30 to 60 minutes based on traffic and your location.
