• We reserve the right to charge 100% no-show fees if guests fail to arrive on time for the pickup.

• In the event of delays or cancellations caused by uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, vehicle issues, weather conditions), we will endeavor to offer alternative arrangements when possible.
• If a guest fails to arrive on time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be offered.

Parasailing Terms & Conditions:

1. What is included in the parasailing package?
The package includes a 1-hour parasailing experience with 10–12 minutes of flight time, safety gear, professional crew guidance, and scenic views of Dubai Marina and JBR. Optional pick-up and drop-off can also be arranged at an additional cost.

2. What are the age and weight requirements for parasailing?
Participants must be at least 6 years old to join the activity. The minimum weight is 50 kg, and the maximum weight is 170 kg per flight. For combined weights exceeding 180 kg, separate parasail flights are required, with an additional AED 100 charge per flight.

3. Is prior experience necessary for parasailing?
No prior experience is required. Professional crew members provide a full safety briefing and guidance to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

4. What happens in case of bad weather?
If weather conditions are deemed unsafe, the captain may postpone, cancel, or reschedule the activity. A full refund will be provided if the trip is canceled due to weather.

5. How long does the entire parasailing experience take?
The total experience lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour 30 minutes, depending on the number of participants. The actual flight time is approximately 10–12 minutes.

6. Can children participate in parasailing?
Yes, children aged 6 and above can participate. Children aged 6–18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will also need to sign a waiver on their behalf.

7. What should I wear and bring for parasailing?
Wear comfortable summer clothing and bring your own swimwear and towels. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are recommended for protection against the sun.

8. Is the parasailing tour private?
The tour is not exclusive; other participants may join the same trip. However, each group is given a dedicated flight session.

9. Are refunds provided for cancellations or missed trips?
Refunds are provided only if the trip is canceled by VooTours due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances. No refunds are issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or partially used services.

10. Are there any additional fees for extra participants?
Yes, additional guests not participating in the activity may join at an extra charge of AED 150 per person, subject to seat availability.
