• Booking Confirmation: You will receive your confirmation immediately upon booking.

• Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 2 participants is required for this tour. If your group is smaller than 2, please contact us to verify availability before finalizing your reservation.

• Pickup Location: Transfers are exclusively provided from Abu Dhabi hotels. We kindly ask guests to wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health Restrictions: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back pain.

• Government Guidelines: In accordance with UAE law, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during Ramadan and other designated Dry Days. For specific inquiries, please email us at info@vootours.com.

  • Schedule Variance: Pickup and drop-off times are estimates and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic, your location, or daily trip adjustments.

  • Seating: Seats for all shared transfers are allocated by our tour manager based on daily availability.

  • Private Options: Private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request for an extra charge.

• Guest Responsibilities:

  • Essential ID: Always carry your original Passport or Emirates ID, as these are mandatory for certain tours. VooTours is not responsible for missed tours due to missing identification.

  • Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their belongings. VooTours and its staff are not liable for the loss or damage of electronics, wallets, or other valuables left in vehicles or at sites.

  • Stroller Policy: Strollers are only permitted in vehicles if requested and confirmed at the time of booking.

• Safety & Conduct:

  • Child Supervision: Children aged 3–12 must be supervised by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

  • Photography Etiquette: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military sites, government buildings, and UAE residents (specifically women).

  • Public Laws: Smoking in public areas and littering are illegal acts punishable by government fines.

• Dress Code & Preparation:

  • Attire: Lightweight summer wear is suitable for most of the year; however, a jacket or sweater is recommended for the cooler winter months.

  • Sun Safety: We strongly advise using high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and hats for all outdoor activities.

• Operational Policies:

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% no-show charge applies for guests who are late for pickup. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

  • Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We will provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Modifications & Rights

• Right to Adjust: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Should a tour be canceled or modified due to adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Strict Departure: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees & Missed Transfers: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show charge. Once the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transportation will be arranged, and no refunds or reimbursements will be issued for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and may be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process.

Do I need a license to drive a Jet Ski in Dubai?

No commercial boat or jet ski license is required for our guided tours. However, you must be at least 16 years old to drive, and all participants must present a valid original Passport or Emirates ID for registration.

Can two people ride on one Jet Ski?

Yes! Our pricing is per Jet Ski, and each craft can accommodate a maximum of two people (one driver and one passenger) at no additional cost.

What is the minimum age for passengers?

For safety reasons, passengers must be at least 10 years old. All passengers under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian as the driver of the Jet Ski.

Which tour duration should I choose?

* 30 Minutes: Ideal for a quick thrill and a close-up photo at the Burj Al Arab.

• 60 Minutes: Great for exploring the Burj Al Arab and reaching the Palm Jumeirah or Atlantis.
• 90 Minutes: The “Extreme Tour” is best for those who want to see everything, including JBR and a full loop of the iconic landmarks.

What should I wear for the Jet Ski tour?

Appropriate swimwear or beachwear is required as you will get wet. We also highly recommend applying high-quality sunscreen before the tour, as the sun reflects strongly off the water.

Is it safe if I am a beginner?

Absolutely. Every tour is led by a certified professional instructor who provides a safety briefing and handles the navigation. We also provide mandatory life vests for all guests.

Can I take photos during the tour?

Yes! Our guides know the best angles and will stop at iconic landmarks like the Burj Al Arab and Atlantis to help you capture the perfect shots. We recommend bringing a waterproof camera or a waterproof phone pouch.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety is our priority. If the UAE Coast Guard issues a warning or if sea conditions are unsafe, VooTours reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, you can either reschedule or receive a full refund.

Is there a place to store my belongings?

We recommend leaving valuables in your hotel. However, small personal items can usually be stored in the Jet Ski’s small dry compartment or at the marina station at your own risk. VooTours is not liable for lost items.

What is the cancellation policy?

 You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour or “No-Shows” are subject to a 100% charge.
