- No Sharing: The rental is for the named lessee only. Sharing the Jet Ski is strictly prohibited.
- Safety and Operation
- Mandatory Life Jacket: The customer must wear a life jacket at all times. The rental establishment is not liable for any injuries or incidents resulting from failure to comply.
- Equipment Inspection: You must inspect the equipment before taking possession. By accepting the Jet Ski, you waive the right to dispute the condition in any subsequent accident report.
- Authorized Use Only: The lessee is fully responsible for the Jet Ski. If the Jet Ski is operated by anyone whose name is not on the contract, the terms and full liability will still apply to the lessee.
- Restricted Areas: Do not operate the Jet Ski close to the beach or in water less than 0.5 meters deep. Failure to comply, which can cause damage by clogging the water discharge outlet, will result in the customer paying for all resulting repair costs and damages.
- Late Return Fee: If the Jet Ski is returned after the agreed-upon time, the renter will be subject to additional hourly charges.
- Financial Liability and Damages
The customer is solely responsible for all financial consequences and liabilities related to the use, damage, or loss of the equipment.

- Loss of Jet Ski Key:
- The customer must pay a replacement fee of 250-AED.
- Entry into Restricted Area (Leading to Equipment Seizure):
- The customer is liable for the full replacement cost of the Jet Ski.
- The customer is responsible for all resulting financial and legal penalties imposed by the authorities.
- Breach of Contract
- Equipment Seizure: The shop reserves the right to immediately retrieve (pull back) the Jet Ski if the customer breaks any of the terms outlined in this agreement.
