  • Once the vehicle departs the pickup location, no alternative transportation or reimbursement will be provided for the missed tour.

• Service Interruptions: Should a tour be canceled or altered due to force majeure (e.g., severe weather, vehicle mechanical issues, or traffic congestion), VooTours will make every sincere effort to arrange an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

Absolutely! This is a family-friendly experience. Infants under 3 years old join for free. Children aged 3–11 years have a discounted rate of AED 200, and those 12 and above are charged the adult rate of AED 250.
