Transfers and Operational Scheduling

• Seating Arrangement: Seating for all transfers is based on availability and will be assigned by the tour manager, driver, or guide.

• Timing Estimates: Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate. The actual transfer timing may vary by 30 to 60 minutes from the time listed and will be adjusted based on the trip schedule, traffic conditions, and your location.

• Punctuality/No Show Policy: Guests who fail to be present on time for the pick-up will be considered a No-Show. We reserve the right to charge 100% No-Show fees. If our vehicle departs due to the guest’s delay, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided for the missed tour.

• Service Delays/Cancellations: If the tour is delayed or canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, vehicle breakdowns, weather, or delays by other guests), we will provide alternate options if possible.

• Private Transport: Private transportation can be organized for all tours upon request.

II. Safety, Liability, and Logistics

• Unused Services: There will be no refund for services that are only partly utilized.

• Personal Belongings: Leaving personal belongings (like media equipment, wallets, or other valuable items) in our vehicles or at tour sites is solely at your own risk. Our staff will not be held responsible for lost items.

• Strollers: Strollers are not permitted inside the vehicles without prior notification; please inform us when making your reservation.

• Mandatory ID: Some tours require your original passport or Emirates ID. This information is noted in the important notes; we are not responsible if you miss a tour where your ID is mandatory.

• Water Activity Safety: Children from 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water during any water activities.

III. Local Laws and Tour Conditions

• Inclusion Closures: Some advertised inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government norms. We do not hold responsibility for these closures, and no compensation will be provided.

• Cultural Observance: On Islamic occasions and National holidays, the tour will not serve alcohol and there will be no live entertainment.

• Prohibited Photography: Photography of UAE residents (especially ladies), military institutions, government buildings, and installations is strictly prohibited.

• Public Conduct: Littering is a punishable offense and may result in fines. Smoking inside public areas is not allowed.

IV. Dress Code

• Seasonal Attire: Summer clothing is suitable for most of the year. However, sweaters or jackets may be needed for the cooler winter months.

• Sun Protection: Having good quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat is advisable when in direct sunlight.

V. Contractual Agreement

• Booking Contract: Please carefully read and understand the contents of the Tour Brochure/itinerary, the ‘Terms and Conditions’, Price Grid, and such other applicable documents, as all these will form part of your contract with us once you complete the booking.

• This tour activity includes transfers and transfer type depends on your booking whether sharing or exclusive.
• Child Age is 3 to 10 years.Under 3 years is free of charge.
• Children under 3 years will be allowed free of cost as long as the child does not occupy a seat to the exclusion of a fare-paying passenger.
• This Tour Operates Everyday except Fridays as most of the attractions remains closed on this day.
• On specific days and weekends, some of the locations might remain close for visits. In such cases we do not hold any responsibility and no compensations will be adjusted.
• Pick up can be arranged from other emirates with an extra surchare.
