  • Single Entry: Tickets are valid for one-time admission only; re-entry is not permitted.

  • Personal Photography: Standard cameras and smartphones are welcome for personal use. However, professional cameras and drones are strictly prohibited inside the park.

  • Professional Shoots: Any commercial filming or professional photography (including weddings, engagements, modeling, and advertisements) requires written prior approval from the management office.

• Prohibited Items & Activities:

  • Prohibited Vehicles & Gear: For the safety of our guests, cars, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards, and balls are not allowed.

  • No Pets: We maintain a strict no-pet policy to preserve the garden’s environment.

  • Outside Food: Outside food, beverages, and barbequing are strictly prohibited. Please enjoy the variety of dining options available within the garden.

  • Nature Preservation: Flower picking is strictly forbidden. Guests are also asked not to sit on flower beds or walk through floral displays.

• Visitor Conduct:

  • Navigation: Please stay on the designated walkways, passages, and exits at all times.

  • Designated Seating: For your comfort, seating is provided in specific areas; please refrain from sitting on non-designated surfaces.

  • Cleanliness: Help us keep the garden beautiful by using the provided litter bins for all waste disposal.

  • Punctuality: Please observe the garden’s opening and closing hours strictly to avoid disappointment.

  • Security Instructions: For the safety of all, instructions from security personnel must be followed immediately and without dispute.

• Liability & Management Rights:

  • Park Assets: The management reserves the right to expel any visitor who engages in misconduct or poses a threat to the flowers and park assets.

  • Responsibility: Visitors are solely responsible for any damages resulting from negligence or non-compliance with these rules. This responsibility extends to any companions or minors in their care.

Terms and Conditions

• Itinerary and Pricing: We reserve the right to modify tour routes, reschedule itineraries, or cancel trips at our sole discretion. Such changes are typically made to ensure guest safety or comfort. Prices are also subject to adjustment without prior notice.

• Unused Services: No refunds will be issued for any portion of a tour package or included service that is not utilized by the guest.

• No-Show & Punctuality: Guests must be at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time will be treated as a “no-show,” resulting in a 100% cancellation charge. In such cases, no refunds or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: If a tour is canceled or altered due to poor weather, traffic congestion, or mechanical issues, we will make every effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Policy: Seating is arranged by the driver or tour guide based on availability at the time of boarding. Specific seats cannot be reserved in advance, except in the case of private transfers.

• Timings: All pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings may vary based on your specific location and current traffic conditions.

From Monday to Friday, the garden is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. On Saturdays and Sundays, the hours are extended from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

How much are the entry tickets?

Tickets are AED 100 for adults (12+ years) and AED 85 for children (3–12 years). Infants under 3 years old can enter for FREE, but a valid ID is required for age verification.
