• Instant Confirmation: Your booking confirmation will be sent immediately upon completion of your reservation.

• Minimum Guest Policy: This tour requires at least 2 participants to operate. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us to verify the schedule before booking.

• Abu Dhabi Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off services are exclusively available from Abu Dhabi hotels. We kindly ask that you wait in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health Advisory: This experience is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals suffering from chronic back issues or spinal conditions.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: Per government guidelines, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be served during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For more details, contact us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, adjust pricing, change routes, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily made to ensure guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on current availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. These schedules will be adjusted according to your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the initial online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively.

• Seating & Logistics: Seats for all shared transfers are subject to availability and will be assigned by our tour manager.

• Flexible Timing: Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic, your location, or schedule adjustments.

• Government Regulations: VooTours is not responsible if certain inclusions are closed due to government mandates, weekends, or specific holidays.

• Weather-Ready Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal year-round, but we recommend a jacket or sweater for winter months. For sun protection, we advise bringing quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

• Private Services: Personalized private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request for an additional fee.

• Valuables: You are solely responsible for your personal property (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for items left in vehicles or at attraction sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us during your reservation if you require space for one.

• Child Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (particularly women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Smoking in public is restricted, and littering is a legal offense that may result in fines.

• Mandatory Identification: Some tours require your original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes” carefully; we are not liable if you miss a tour due to missing ID.

• No-Show & Departure: Vehicles will depart at the scheduled time. If a guest is not present, it will be marked as a 100% no-show, with no refund or alternative transfer provided.

• Operational Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide an alternative solution. No refunds are issued for partially utilized services.

Where is the Dubai Ice Rink located?

The rink is located on the Ground Level of The Dubai Mall, near the Souk entrance and conveniently close to the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo.

How long is a standard skating session?

 A standard ticket grants you access to a 90-minute skating session. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to allow enough time for skate fitting and preparation.

Do I need to bring my own skates?

 No, high-quality skate rentals are included in your ticket price. However, if you are a professional or prefer your own skates, you are welcome to bring them.

 What should I wear to the rink?

 It is cold! You must wear thick socks and gloves. We highly recommend wearing warm, comfortable clothing. For those using IceBykes or eBykes, you must wear tight-fitting pants and fully enclosed sports shoes.

Can children skate?

Yes! Children of all ages are welcome. However, children under 5 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult on the ice. Safety helmets are provided free of charge for children under 1 meter in height.

What are IceBykes and eBykes?

These are unique motorized bikes designed specifically for the ice! They offer a fun alternative for those who may not want to skate traditionally. Note that you must be at least 120 cm tall to use them.

Are there skating aids for beginners?

Yes, the rink offers “Penguin” and “Snowman” skating aids to help children and beginners maintain their balance and build confidence on the ice (available for an additional fee on-site).

Can I store my shopping bags while I skate?

Yes, locker facilities are available at the rink for a small fee (approx. 15 AED). This allows you to securely store your shopping bags and personal items while you enjoy your session.

 Is the rink safe for everyone?

While we prioritize safety, ice skating is a physical activity. For safety reasons, the experience is not suitable for pregnant women or guests with serious heart or back conditions.

Why do I need a printed copy of my ticket?

The Dubai Ice Rink turnstiles currently require a printed hard copy of your E-ticket to scan for entry. Please ensure you print your voucher before arriving at the mall to avoid any delays.
