Mandatory Identification: All passengers must present an original Passport or Emirates ID at check-in. Digital copies or photocopies are strictly prohibited.
Reporting Time: Please arrive at the helipad 60 minutes prior to your scheduled departure. Check-in counters close 45 minutes before take-off; late arrivals will be marked as a “No Show” with no refund.
Weather & Safety: All flights are subject to air traffic control (ATC) clearance, visibility, and weather conditions. Routes may be adjusted for safety or operational reasons.
Passenger Weight & Health Policies
Weight Limit: The maximum weight per individual passenger is 110 kg. Guests approaching or exceeding this limit must purchase an additional seat.
Total Payload: The maximum combined passenger weight per flight is 450 kg.
Pregnancy Policy: Expectant mothers may fly up to the 32nd week of pregnancy at their own risk. Flying is prohibited after the 32nd week.
Medical Restrictions: This tour is not recommended for individuals with heart conditions, major recent surgeries, or significant physical impairments.
