• Pick-up & Drop-off: Transfers are provided exclusively from hotels in Abu Dhabi. Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health Advisory: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with back and spinal conditions.

• Logistics & Timings:
  • Seating: All seating is allocated by our tour manager based on availability.
  • Transfer Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic, your location, and the daily schedule.
  • Punctuality: We reserve the right to charge a 100% no-show fee if a guest is not ready at the scheduled time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be provided.
• Attire & Sun Protection:
  • Lightweight summer clothing is ideal for most of the year, though we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater for the winter months.
  • We highly recommend using high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when in direct sunlight.
• Personal Belongings & Safety:
  • Responsibility: Guests are solely responsible for their personal items (electronics, wallets, valuables). VooTours and our staff are not liable for items left in vehicles or at sites.
  • Strollers: Strollers are only permitted if requested in advance. Please notify us during your reservation.
  • Child Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult for all water-based activities.
• Local Laws & Etiquette:
  • Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph UAE residents (especially women), military installations, and government buildings.
  • Conduct: Littering and smoking in public areas are punishable offenses and may result in heavy fines.
• Operational Notes:
  • Mandatory ID: Certain tours require your original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes” carefully; we are not responsible for missed tours due to lack of identification.
  • Closures: Some inclusions may be closed on weekends or specific holidays per government norms. VooTours is not responsible for these external closures.
  • Unforeseen Delays: In the event of delays due to weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide alternative options whenever possible.
  • Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partially utilized services.
• Private Tours: Private transportation can be arranged for any of our tours upon request for a more personalized experience.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Operational Flexibility: VooTours reserves the absolute right to modify itineraries, adjust routes, update pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily made to ensure the safety or convenience of our guests.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions or activities within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must be present at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Any guest failing to arrive on time will be classified as a “No-Show.” In these instances, a 100% cancellation fee applies, and no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Departure Protocol: If a guest is late and the tour vehicle departs the pick-up location, VooTours will not arrange alternative transfers. No refunds will be issued for missed tours due to late arrivals.

• Unforeseen Circumstances: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or traffic conditions, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of a similar nature, subject to availability.

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is determined by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Please note that specific seat requests are only guaranteed for Private Transfers.

• Estimated Timings: All pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when redeemed through the official online booking process at the time of reservation.

• Contractual Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood all tour documentation, including the itinerary and these Terms & Conditions, which constitute your contract with VooTours.

What is the best time to visit the Dubai Frame?

 To experience the best of both worlds, we recommend visiting during the “Golden Hour” (just before sunset). You can witness the historic area in daylight and see the modern skyline light up as evening falls.

How long can I stay inside the Dubai Frame?

While you can explore at your own pace, most visitors find that 60 to 90 minutes is ample time to enjoy the museum galleries, the skywalk experience, and the future exhibit.

Is the glass floor on the Sky Bridge safe to walk on?

Absolutely. The 25-square-meter glass panel is made of high-quality, reinforced materials that are completely shatter-proof. It is designed to turn from opaque to transparent as you walk over it for a thrilling but safe experience.

What exactly can I see from the Sky Deck?

The Frame offers a 360-degree contrast. Looking North, you see “Old Dubai” (Deira and Karama). Looking South, you see the “New Dubai” skyline, including the Burj Khalifa and Emirates Towers.

Are there any dress code requirements?

Yes. As the Dubai Frame is a cultural landmark, guests are asked to wear respectful clothing. Please ensure that shoulders and knees are covered. Entry may be restricted for those in revealing attire.

Do People of Determination get free entry?

Yes, People of Determination and one companion are entitled to free entry. You may be asked to present a valid Sanad Card or equivalent proof of disability at the gate.

Can I bring my own food and drinks inside?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the attraction. However, there is a café located on the Sky Deck where you can enjoy snacks and coffee with a view.

Is the attraction accessible for strollers and wheelchairs?

Yes, the Dubai Frame is fully accessible. There are elevators to take you to the Sky Deck, and the entire path is designed to accommodate both wheelchairs and strollers.

Can I take photos and videos inside?

Personal photography and filming are highly encouraged! However, the use of tripods, professional equipment, and drones is strictly prohibited to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
