• Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed instantly once the reservation process is complete.

• Minimum Requirement: A minimum of 2 participants is required for this tour to operate. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us to verify availability before finalizing your booking.

• Transfers: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off services are exclusive to hotels within Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask that you wait in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health & Safety: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with pre-existing back conditions.

• Holiday & Ramadan Policy: In accordance with UAE government regulations, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.”

Terms and Conditions

• Itinerary and Pricing Policy: We reserve the right to modify tour routes, reschedule itineraries, or adjust pricing at our sole discretion. Tours may be canceled if deemed necessary for guest safety or convenience.

• Non-Refundable Services: No refunds or credits will be provided for any unused portions or inclusions within a tour package.

• Punctuality and No-Show Policy: Guests are required to be at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In such events, we will not provide alternative transportation or reimbursements.

• Operational Contingencies: If a booking is affected by adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic, we will make every effort to arrange a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Arrangements: Seating is allocated based on availability and is managed by the driver or tour guide. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed except for private transfers.

• Timing Variations: All pick-up and drop-off times published on our website are estimates. Actual times may vary depending on guest location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotion Codes: Discount or coupon codes are only valid when redeemed during the online booking process.

• Missed Transfers: If a guest is not present at the time of departure, the vehicle will proceed to the next location. We are not responsible for arranging secondary transfers or providing refunds for missed tours.

Where exactly is Dubai Dolphinarium located?

 It is located inside Creek Park (Gate 1) in the Umm Hurair 2 area of Dubai.

Is there an additional fee to enter the park?

Yes, since the Dolphinarium is inside Creek Park, guests must pay a small entry fee (approx. AED 5) at the park gate using a Nol Card.

What is the difference between Regular and VIP seating?

VIP seats are located in the center of the arena, providing the best direct view of the performance, while Regular seats are located on the sides.

Are there any special discounts for the Dolphin & Seal show?

Yes! If you book the 11:00 AM show on Fridays or Saturdays online, you can access discounted rates: AED 70 for adults and AED 40 for children.

What happens during the “Majestic Dolphin Swim”?

This is a deep-water experience where you can interact intimately with dolphins through kisses, hugs, and even a dorsal fin tow or belly ride under expert supervision.

Can my young child participate in the dolphin swim?

The swimming programs are generally suitable for children from 5 years old. Children under 12 must be confident swimmers and usually require an accompanying adult.

How long do the shows last?

The Dolphin & Seal Show and the Exotic Bird Show each last approximately 45 minutes.

Is the facility comfortable during the summer months?

Yes, the Dubai Dolphinarium is the first fully air-conditioned indoor dolphinarium in the Middle East, making it a perfect year-round attraction.

Can I take my own photos with the dolphins?

While you can take photos from your seat during the show, professional photo sessions (getting close to the animals) are available after the performance for an additional fee.

What is the policy for late arrivals?

Guests should arrive 30 minutes early. If you arrive late and the vehicle or show has started, it is considered a no-show, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.

General Terms, Conditions & Guest Guidelines

To ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience, please review our operational policies and behavioral guidelines below:

• Transport & Seating:

  • Seat Allocation: All seating for shared transfers is subject to availability and will be designated by our tour manager.

  • Timing Variations: Pickup and drop-off times are estimates and may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic, your location, or the tour schedule.

  • Private Options: Private transportation is available for all tours upon request for an additional fee.

  • Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles unless requested at the time of booking. Please inform us in advance to ensure accommodation.

• Operational Policies:

  • Uncontrollable Delays: We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by traffic, weather, vehicle breakdowns, or delays from other guests. In such cases, we will offer alternative options where possible.

  • No-Show & Departures: If a guest is not at the pickup point on time, the vehicle will depart. We reserve the right to charge a 100% no-show fee, and no alternative transfers or refunds will be issued.

  • Service Availability: We are not responsible if certain inclusions are closed due to government regulations or specific holidays.

  • Partial Refunds: No refunds will be provided for services that are only partially utilized.

• Guest Responsibilities:

  • Identification: Some tours strictly require an original passport or Emirates ID. Please check the “Important Notes” of your tour; we are not responsible for missed entries due to missing identification.

  • Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your valuables (wallets, electronics, etc.). Our staff and guides cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

  • Child Safety: For all water-based activities, children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Local Laws & Cultural Sensitivity:

  • Religious & National Holidays: During Islamic occasions and UAE National holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended in accordance with local laws.

  • Photography Restrictions: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, and UAE residents (especially ladies) without permission.

  • Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas is prohibited. Littering is a punishable offense in the UAE and may result in heavy fines.

• Travel Comfort:

  • Dress Code: While summer clothing is generally appropriate, we recommend a sweater or jacket during winter months.

  • Sun Protection: We highly advise wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when exposed to direct sunlight.

• Contractual Agreement:

  • By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the contents of the Tour Brochure, Price Grid, and these Terms and Conditions, which form the legal contract between you and our company.
