• Mandatory Identification: You must carry a Passport copy or Emirates ID throughout the duration of this trip.

• Group Size: A minimum of 2 participants is required to operate this tour.

• Availability: Booking dates and time slots are subject to availability at the time of reservation.

• Weather Dependency: For your safety, this activity is subject to favorable weather conditions.

• Health & Fitness: This experience is highly recommended for those seeking an active outdoor adventure.

Useful Information

• Transfers & Timing: * Pickup and drop-off times are estimates and may be adjusted by 30–60 minutes due to traffic, your location, or the daily trip schedule.

  • Seating for all transfers is allocated by our tour manager based on availability.

• Attire & Sun Protection: * Lightweight summer clothing is ideal for most of the year; however, sweaters or jackets are recommended during the winter months.

  • We strongly advise wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when exposed to direct sunlight.

• Safety & Supervision:

  • Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

  • Strollers: To ensure space, strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless requested during the booking process.

• Valuables: Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings (media equipment, wallets, etc.). VooTours and its staff are not liable for any lost or damaged items.

• Religious & Public Holidays: In observance of Islamic occasions and National holidays, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available.

• Local Laws & Etiquette:

  • Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph UAE residents (especially women), military sites, or government installations.

  • Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas is prohibited, and littering is a punishable offense subject to legal fines.

• Private Arrangements: Private transportation can be organized for any tour upon request.

Terms and Conditions

• No-Show & Late Arrivals: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show fee if guests are not ready at the scheduled pickup time. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transport or refund will be provided.

• Refund Policy: No refunds are issued for services that are only partially utilized.

• Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances (e.g., traffic, mechanical issues, or weather). In such cases, we will strive to provide alternative options where possible.

• Contract Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Tour Brochure, itinerary, and all associated Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. Right to Modify or Cancel

• Discretionary Adjustments: VooTours reserves the absolute right to modify itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at any time. Such changes are made at our sole discretion, primarily to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Force Majeure: If a tour is altered or canceled due to severe weather, mechanical vehicle issues, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

2. No-Show and Late Arrival Policy

• Punctuality: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Fees and Alternatives: We reserve the right to charge a 100% no-show fee. In the event of a no-show, the vehicle will depart, and no alternative transportation or financial reimbursement will be provided for the missed tour.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared tours, seating is arranged by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings may fluctuate based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Refund and Redemption Policy

• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Codes: Promotional codes and coupons are valid only when redeemed through our online booking process at the time of purchase.
