• Immediate Confirmation: You will receive your booking confirmation instantly upon finalizing your reservation.

• Minimum Guest Policy: This experience requires a minimum of 2 participants. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us to verify the schedule before booking.

• Pick-up Logistics: Transportation is exclusively available for hotels within Abu Dhabi. We kindly ask that you wait in your hotel lobby at the designated time.

• Health & Safety Advisory: This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back conditions or spinal issues.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: Per UAE government guidelines, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For specific dates and detailed inquiries, please email us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily made to ensure guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation charge. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical failure, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: All pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. These schedules will be adjusted according to your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Voucher & Promo Usage: Discount or coupon codes are valid only when redeemed during the online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, vehicles will depart at the designated time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers or issuing refunds.

• Flexible Timings: Pick-up and drop-off schedules may be adjusted based on the trip itinerary, real-time traffic, or your specific location. Please expect a 30 to 60-minute variation from the times listed on our website.

• Government Mandates: Certain tour inclusions may be unavailable on weekends or specific dates due to government regulations; VooTours is not liable for such closures.

• Weather & Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is recommended year-round, though a jacket or sweater is advised for winter months. We highly suggest bringing quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection.

• Private Options: Personal transportation can be arranged for any of our tours upon request.

• Valuables: You are solely responsible for your personal property (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not responsible for items left in vehicles or at attraction sites.

• Strollers: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us during the booking process if you intend to bring one.

• Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult for all water-based activities.

• Religious & National Holidays: During Islamic occasions and UAE National holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be strictly suspended.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited.

• Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas is restricted, and littering is a legal offense that may result in fines.

• Mandatory Identification: Some experiences require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please review your “Important Notes,” as we cannot be held responsible if you miss a tour due to missing identification.

• No-Show & Departure: To respect all guests’ schedules, vehicles will depart at the designated time. If you are not present, it will be marked as a 100% no-show with no refund or alternative transfer provided.

• Operational Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide an alternative solution. No refunds are issued for partially utilized services.

How high does the dining table actually go?

The table is suspended by a high-security crane 50 meters (approximately 165 feet) above the ground at the Skydive Dubai site, offering 360-degree views of the city.

How long does each session last?

Every session—whether it is Lunch, Afternoon Tea, or Dinner—lasts for a total of 90 minutes. This includes the time for lifting, dining, and lowering the platform.

Is there a bathroom on the platform?

 No. For safety and operational reasons, there are no restroom facilities on the suspended platform. We strongly recommend using the restrooms at the lounge before your flight, as the platform will not be lowered until the session is over.

Can children participate in Dinner in the Sky?

Yes, but with specific requirements. The minimum age is 14 years old. Children under 14 may join only if they are at least 110cm tall and are accompanied by an adult.

What happens if I am late for my session?

Punctuality is critical. You are required to arrive at least 20 minutes before your time slot for a safety briefing. If the platform has already been lifted, it cannot be lowered for latecomers, and your booking will be canceled without a refund.

Is the experience safe?

Absolutely. Dinner in the Sky is designed according to strict international safety standards. Guests are secured in their seats with state-of-the-art safety harnesses, and a professional crew is on the platform at all times to ensure everything runs smoothly.

What should I wear?

 We recommend dressing comfortably for the weather. Keep in mind that at 50 meters, the wind is stronger and the temperature can be cooler. Avoid loose footwear (like flip-flops) or skirts that might catch the wind.

Can I request a special menu for allergies?

 While we offer gourmet options, our chefs cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. We recommend reviewing the menu on our website before booking to ensure it meets your dietary needs.

What if the weather is bad?

 Guest safety is our priority. If the session is canceled due to high winds, heavy rain, or lightning, you will be contacted and offered the option to reschedule your experience for a different date.
