II. Cancellation and Refunds

• Refund Service Charge: All refunds processed at any time will incur a fixed service charge of AED 10 per transaction.

• Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 7 calendar days prior to the tour date: Refund of 95% of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made 5 – 7 days prior to the tour date: Refund of 80% of the booking amount.

  • Cancellations made less than 96 hours (4 days) prior to the tour date: No refund (0%) of the booking amount.

• Partially Used Services: No refund will be provided for services that are partially utilized by the guest.

• Pick-up & Drop-off Location: Transfers are provided only from hotels/residences within the specific city limits mentioned for the tour (e.g., within Dubai City Limits or Abu Dhabi hotels only). Extra charges apply for locations outside the specified zone.

• Transfer Timing Variance: The actual pick-up/drop-off time may vary from the time listed on the website by up to 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic or operational necessity.
