• Booking Confirmation: You will receive your official confirmation immediately upon completing your reservation.

• Pick-up Logistics: Transportation services are exclusively provided for hotels within Abu Dhabi city. We kindly request guests to be ready in the hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health Restrictions: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals suffering from chronic back pain or spinal issues.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: In accordance with UAE law, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during Ramadan or on government-mandated “Dry Days.” For specific dates, please reach out to info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, adjust pricing, change routes, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Unused Services: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In these instances, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be arranged.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers, and no refund will be issued.

• Operational Contingencies: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on current availability. Specific seating is only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. These schedules will be adjusted according to your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the initial online booking process and cannot be applied retroactively to existing reservations.

• Transportation & Seating: Seats are allocated by our tour manager based on availability. Pick-up and drop-off timings may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes depending on your specific location and local traffic conditions.

• Government Mandates: Certain attractions or inclusions may be closed on weekends or public holidays per government norms. VooTours is not responsible for these external closures.

• Dress Code & Sun Protection: While lightweight summer clothes are suitable for most of the year, jackets are recommended for the winter season. We strongly advise wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and hats for sun protection.

• Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (phones, wallets, cameras). VooTours, including our drivers and guides, will not be held liable for any items lost or left in our vehicles or at tour sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted inside vehicles unless we are notified at the time of booking.

• Child Supervision: For any water-based activities, children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by a supervising adult in the water at all times.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (particularly women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Smoking in public is restricted, and littering is a punishable offense that may result in fines.

• Identification: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please verify the “Important Information” section of your booking; we cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry due to missing documentation.

• Punctuality & No-Show: To maintain the schedule for all guests, our vehicles will depart on time. If you miss your pick-up, it will be treated as a 100% No-Show, and no refund or alternative transfer will be provided.

• External Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to offer alternative options. Please note that no refunds are provided for partially utilized services.

Where is the Dubai Butterfly Garden located?

The garden is located in Al Barsha South 3, Dubai land Area, right next to the famous Dubai Miracle Garden.

How many butterflies will I see during my visit?

The garden is home to over 15,000 butterflies representing 26 different exotic species from around the world, all housed within nine climate-controlled domes.

 Is the Butterfly Garden an outdoor or indoor attraction?

It is primarily an indoor, climate-controlled facility. This makes it a perfect year-round destination, as the domes are maintained at the ideal temperature for the butterflies, regardless of the heat outside.

Can I touch the butterflies?

While butterflies may land on your shoulders or hands (providing great photo ops!), guests are strictly prohibited from grabbing or touching their wings, as they are extremely delicate and can be easily harmed.

How much time should I plan for my visit?

Most visitors spend about 1 to 1.5 hours exploring the nine domes, the Butterfly and Insect Museum, and the aromatic gardens.

Is there a specific “best time” to see the butterflies active?

Yes, morning hours are generally the best time to visit. Butterflies are most active during the earlier part of the day, and you’ll also avoid the larger crowds that arrive in the afternoon.

Can I take photos inside the domes?

 Absolutely! Personal photography is encouraged. However, you must ensure your camera flash is turned off, as bright flashes can startle and stress the butterflies.

 Is the garden accessible for People of Determination?

Yes, the garden is designed to be accessible. Furthermore, entry is free of charge for People of Determination upon presentation of a valid ID card.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the domes?

No, outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the domes to maintain the hygiene of the habitat and protect the health of the butterflies.
