Logistics & Flight Details: For a perfectly coordinated airport drop-off, please provide comprehensive pick-up locations and accurate flight details during the booking process.
Service Timings:
- Private/Exclusive Coach: Pick-up availability commences at 6:00 AM.
- Shared Transfers: Operations begin at 6:00 AM, with subsequent pick-up intervals every two hours.
Child Policy:
- Children (3–10 years): Standard child rates apply.
- Infants (Under 3 years): Travel free of charge. On shared transfers, infants are welcome at no cost provided they are seated on a parent’s lap and do not occupy a seat intended for a fare-paying passenger.

Useful Information

Seating & Scheduling: Seating for high-capacity transfers is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up/drop-off timings are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes depending on traffic and group size.
Preparation & Attire:
- Lightweight summer clothing is recommended year-round. During winter months (November–March), a sweater or jacket is advisable for cooler mornings or highly air-conditioned environments.
- We highly recommend quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when exposed to direct sunlight.
Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (media equipment, wallets, etc.). VooTours and its chauffeurs are not liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
Special Requirements:
- Strollers: To maintain clear aisles and safety in the coach, strollers are not permitted in the cabin and must be stored in the luggage bays. Please inform us during reservation.
- Private Transport: Exclusive high-capacity transport can be organized for any tour upon request.
Safety & Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.
Cultural & Public Norms:
- Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, or UAE residents (especially ladies) without permission.
- Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses that may result in fines.
- Religious Observations: During Islamic occasions and UAE National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended per local law.

- A 100% “No-Show” charge applies if a group is not ready at the designated pick-up time.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Tour Brochure, Itinerary, and Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you and VooTours LLC.

Terms & Conditions

Operational Rights: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. Such amendments are primarily implemented to prioritize passenger safety or accommodate operational requirements.
Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour or group transfer package that remain unutilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy:
- Group Arrival: All passengers must be present at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status.
- Charges: VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show fee in these instances.
- Departure: If the group is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs to maintain its schedule, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided.
Service Contingencies: Should a booking be altered or cancelled due to uncontrollable factors—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to arrange an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared or high-occupancy transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour manager based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to Private 50-Seater Coach Hire, where the entire vehicle is reserved for your specific group.
