Service Timings:
- Exclusive/Private Group Hire: Operations are available starting from 6:00 AM.
- Shared Transfers: Pick-ups begin at 6:00 AM, with subsequent intervals every two hours.
Child Policy:
- Child Rates: Apply to children aged 3 to 10 years.
- Infants: Children under 3 years travel free of charge. For shared transfers, infants are welcome at no cost provided they sit on a parent’s lap and do not occupy a separate seat.

Useful Information

Seating & Schedule: Seating is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up and drop-off times are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes due to traffic or group coordination needs.
Preparation & Attire: * Lightweight summer clothing is recommended for most of the year. During winter months (November–March), a sweater or jacket is advisable for cooler evenings.
- We highly suggest high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for sun protection during direct exposure.
Personal Belongings: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (media equipment, wallets, etc.). VooTours, including our drivers and guides, cannot be held liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.
Special Requirements:
- Strollers: To maintain aisle safety and luggage space in the coach, strollers are not permitted unless explicitly requested and confirmed during your reservation.
- Private Transport: Exclusive bus hire can be organized for any tour upon request.
Safety & Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.
Holiday Observances: On Islamic occasions and UAE National Holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended in accordance with local laws.
Local Etiquette & Laws:
- Photography: It is strictly prohibited to photograph military installations, government buildings, or local residents (especially ladies) without permission.
- Public Conduct: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses that may result in fines.
Mandatory Identification: Certain tours require your Original Passport or Emirates ID. VooTours is not responsible for missed services due to a lack of valid identification.
Attendance & No-Shows:
- A 100% “No-Show” charge applies if a guest or group is not ready at the designated pick-up time.
- If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.
- Partially utilized services are non-refundable.
Contingencies: In the event of delays caused by uncontrollable circumstances (traffic, mechanical issues, or weather), VooTours will offer alternative options whenever possible.

Agreement

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Tour Brochure, Itinerary, and Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you and VooTours LLC.

Terms & Conditions

Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to prioritize guest safety or operational convenience.
Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour or large-group transfer package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy:
- Timely Arrival: All guests and groups are required to be at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show”
- Charges: VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show charge for these instances.
- Departure: If the group is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided for the missed service.
Service Contingencies: Should a booking be altered or cancelled due to factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared or coach transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour manager based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to private bus charters where the entire vehicle is reserved for a single party.
