Please read the following terms and procedures in order to make sure that you´ve clearly understood the conditions of your preferred trip.
All of the below mentioned terms and conditions are applicable for bookings made through our websites such as:
1. Pricing
Our policy assures you of an economic pricing, along with the convenience of making reservation online. Unless otherwise mentioned, prices quoted on our website are charged on per person basis, and do not include tips given to tour guides or drivers, passport / visa fee, travel insurance, drinks or food, accommodation, room services, and laundry. The published rates may change without prior notice, particularly in case of any unforeseen circumstance, such as increase in airline tickets, hotel rates, or transport expenses.
2. Methods of Payment
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED (or any other agreed currency). Full payment must be done by credit card, and guests are entailed to provide their credit card number to complete the transaction. This, in turn, will be showed as a charge on your statement.
3. Confirmation of Payment
Once the payment is done, our travel consultants will send you a confirmation slip by e-mail. Its print can be produced as an evidence of payment to the service provider to redeem your tour package. But make sure that you´ve provided correct information pertaining to your travel requirements at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation, No Show, and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation
The following conditions may apply in the event of any cancellation:
- If trip cancelled / amended 48 hrs. prior to the tour date, no cancellation charges will be applicable.
- If trip cancelled / amended within 24 to 48 hrs. prior to the tour date, 50% cancellation charges will be applicable.
- If trip cancelled / amended 24 hrs. prior to the tour date, 100% cancellation charges will be applicable.
- If the payment is done by credit card online then there will be a charge of 5% (online service charge) for refunding the money back.
Please note that gift certificates are both non-refundable and non-cancellable.
4.2 No Show
If you fail to turn up for the tour, no refunds in part or full can be provided. The same condition applies in the case of unused tickets, sightseeing tours, car-rental or chauffeur-driven services. Likewise, rescheduling cannot be allowed for confirmed tours, transfers to and from airports, and other travel related services.
4.2 Refund Policy
- “Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment”.
- If the payment is done by credit card online then there will be a charge of 5% (online service charge) for refunding the money back.
5. Cancellation Procedures
Prior to making cancellation, we recommend you to carefully read the cancellation rules that apply to your tour package. For cancellation of all or any part of your reservation, make sure that you make notification of cancellation to Emirates Tours in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we´ll let you know through e-mail, fax, or telephone regarding the confirmation of booking cancellation as well as the fee that should be paid. Emirates Tours cannot be held responsible for any cancellation that has not been received from you or not confirmed by us.
6. Itinerary Amendments
Routings and services covered in your package are subject to change based on local / weather conditions, airway schedules and such other several aspects. Should this transpire, we can provide suitable options of similar value, however depending on its availability. At most, we announce changes in itinerary, if any, before departure. Please note that Emirates Tours & Travels reserves complete right to implement minor amendments in itinerary at any time without reimbursement. Further, no reimbursement can be done in the event of vis major, such as flood and earth quake.
7. Travel Insurance
VooTours LLC shall not be responsible for any kind of damages as an outcome of accident, illness, injury, or loss of personal baggage or even the cancellation of trip. It is advisable that the traveler should avail of a travel insurance policy to tackle unforeseen events.
8. Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of every guest to ensure that he or she carries documents relevant for a particular tour, including passport or a valid ID card. This is especially important for guests coming from a different country. No refund can be done in the event of loss or lack of these relevant documents. Similarly, passengers – irrespective of their nationality – are advised to check with their respective country´s consulate here to gain information on entry requisites, before they plan to visit here. Equally vital is to inquire with your consulate regarding the current visa and health requirements, as they are subject to change without prior notice.
9. Website Usage Restrictions
All content in this website, including logo, images, information on tour package, pricing details, and other relevant details, are proprietary to Emirates Tours and Travels. Accordingly, as a condition of this website´s usage, you agree not to exploit this website or its content for any non-personal, commercial, or illegitimate purposes.
10. General Term & Condition

- Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
- United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
- Minors under the age of 18 shall are prohibited to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
- If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
- The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
- www.vootours.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE”.
- Multiple booking may result in multiple postings to the cardholder‘s monthly statement
- A single maybe split into multiple bookings, depending on the availability. Cardholder must be aware that multiple bookings may result multiple postings on credit card.
- All tours are subject to availability.
- All tours are conducted in English except for the scheduled German Bus Tour.
- All rates includes pick up and drop off, except for Ferrari and Yas Water world and pickup point should be in any Hotels or malls and will be subject to confirmation by Emirates Tours Reservation if it is suitable as pick up location.
- Child Rates apply only for ages 4-12 years. Children under 3 years are free of charge but may not occupy a seat and must sit on their parents lap. All children are under their parent’s responsibility.
- Since our Safaris (as opposed to City tours) and tours involved off road driving, Pregnant Ladies, people with heart problems and other sensitive ailments will undertake the tours at their own responsibility.
- Quad bike and Dune Buggy: Before starting quad bike or dune buggy guest should sign the disclaimer form, the form will be provided by us. VooTours LLC will not be responsible for any Quad bike Accident and nor will be covered by Insurance
- Smoking and alcohol consumption or carrying is strictly prohibited in all our vehicles.
- Photography of military and police installations and other government agencies is strictly prohibited. Before photographing any local residents, kindly ask their permission. Photographing ladies is not permitted.
- Schedules are likely to change during the holy month of Ramadan. Alcohol and Belly Dance will not be available during Ramadan. Please contact our representative for updates.
- Any increase in fuel prices, government taxes will reflect immediately on this proposal.
- All tours and excursions pickup location should be Hotels with in Abu Dhabi city.
- We reserves the complete right to reschedule an itinerary or route, adjust pricing, or even cancel a tour whenever, at its sole discretion, mainly if we deems it is vital for your safety or convenience.
- Unused inclusion in a tour package is non-refundable.
- Any guest failing to reach on time at the designated pick-up point will be considered a no-show. No reimbursement or alternative transfer will be arranged in such circumstances.
- Should a tour booking be cancelled or altered for reasons of bad weather, vehicle issue or traffic problems, we will make all sincere efforts to arrange alternative service with similar options, however, based on its availability.
- The arrangement of seating will depend on its availability and will be done by our driver or tour guides.
- Pick-up and drop-off timings listed on the website are approximate, and they will be adjusted as per your location as well as traffic conditions.
- Coupon Codes can be redeemed only through online booking process.
- We reserve the rights to charge 100% No show charges if guest is not turning up on time for the pick-up.
- If in any case the guest does not show up on time and our vehicle departs from the pickup location then we will not arrange for alternative transfer & no refund is provided for the missed tour.
- Seating arrangement are done as per the availability & it is decided by Driver or Tour Guide except in case of private transfers.
