• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to modify itineraries, change routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion, particularly when deemed essential for guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In such cases, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the appointed time. If a guest is not present at the time of departure, VooTours is not responsible for arranging secondary transfers.

• Operational Contingencies: If a tour is altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or heavy traffic, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Assignments: For all shared transfers, seating is allocated by our drivers or tour guides based on availability. Specific seating requests are only guaranteed for guests who have booked a private transfer.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon and discount codes are valid only when applied during the initial online booking process and cannot be redeemed retroactively.

What is the VR Park Dubai Super 7 Pass?

 The Super 7 Pass is a high-value ticket that allows one person to choose and enjoy any 7 of the park’s most popular VR experiences. Instead of paying per ride, you get a bundled rate for a full day of adventure.

Which rides can I access with the Super 7 Pass?

You can choose any 7 from this curated list: Dubai Drone, Dune Bash, Hologate, Stereolife, Burj Drop, VR Maze, Plummet, Virtual Rabbids, Holocube VR, and We Play VR.

Can I share my Super 7 Pass with a friend?

No. The pass is strictly non-transferable and is valid for use by only one person. Each guest must have their own pass to enter the attractions.

Are there height and age restrictions?

Yes. For safety, most “Adult” rated rides require a minimum height of 120 cm. Children under 120 cm can still enjoy the park but will have restricted access to certain high-intensity attractions.

What is the 5 AED Digital Gate Card fee?

This is a mandatory, non-negotiable fee charged by the park at the entrance for the physical/digital card used to tap into the rides. This fee is not included in the ticket price and must be paid on-site.

Can I use the pass to play the same ride multiple times?

No. The Super 7 Pass is designed for variety. It allows you to access each of your 7 chosen attractions only once. Repetition of the same ride is not permitted on this specific pass.

Does the ticket include arcade games or food?

No. The pass covers the 7 VR experiences only. F&B (Food and Beverage), retail purchases, and traditional coin-operated arcade games require separate payment.

How do I get to VR Park Dubai?

The park is located on Level 2 of The Dubai Mall, near Reel Cinemas. You can take the Dubai Metro to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station and walk through the Metro Link Bridge, or take a taxi directly to the mall.

What happens if I can’t make it on my booked date?

Tickets are strictly non-refundable and cannot be canceled. However, tickets booked through VooTours typically have a flexible validity of 2 to 6 months, so you can use them on any day that suits you within that window.

• Attire & Sun Protection: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal most of the year, though a jacket or sweater is recommended for winter months. We highly suggest wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat.

• Private Transport: Personalized, private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request for an additional fee.

• Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their valuables (cameras, wallets, electronics). VooTours and our staff are not liable for any items left in vehicles or at attraction sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us during booking if you intend to bring one.

• Child Safety: Children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during any water-based activities.

• Cultural Etiquette: Photography of UAE residents (especially women), military installations, and government buildings is strictly prohibited. Smoking in public areas is restricted, and littering is a punishable offense that may result in fines.

• Mandatory Identification: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes” carefully, as we cannot be held responsible if you are denied entry due to missing identification.

• No-Show & Departure: To respect the schedules of all guests, vehicles will depart at the designated time. Failure to arrive on time will result in a 100% no-show charge with no refund or alternative transfer provided.

• Operational Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide an alternative solution. No refunds are issued for partially utilized services.
