Is the price per person or for the entire boat?

The price is AED 1,400 for a Private Charter, which covers the entire boat for your group. Our vessel can accommodate up to 8 guests maximum, making it an intimate and exclusive experience.

Do I need to bring any identification?

Yes. In accordance with UAE Coast Guard regulations, all guests must carry a valid original Passport or Emirates ID. Failure to provide these documents will result in being unable to board.

Are food and drinks provided on board?

We provide complimentary mineral water and a variety of soft drinks. While a full meal is not served, you are welcome to enjoy these refreshments while soaking in the views and music.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my booking?

Your safety is our priority. If the Coast Guard cancels trips due to high winds or poor sea conditions, we will offer you the choice of a full refund or rescheduling your cruise to another date.

How early should I arrive at the marina?

Please arrive at the meeting point (Marsa Al Bateen Marina) at least 20 minutes before your scheduled departure. Our boats depart on time, and late arrivals are considered “No-Shows” and are non-refundable.
