• Operational Flexibility: VooTours reserves the absolute right to modify itineraries, adjust routes, update pricing, or cancel a tour at its sole discretion. These changes are primarily made to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Refund Policy: Any inclusions or services within a tour package that are not used by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• No-Show & Punctuality: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

  • VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% cancellation fee for no-shows.

  • If the vehicle departs after the scheduled waiting period, no alternative transportation or reimbursement will be provided.

• Service Disruptions: In the event of cancellations or alterations caused by adverse weather, vehicle mechanical issues, or severe traffic, VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an equivalent alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Policy: For all shared tours, seating is allocated by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for Private Transfer bookings.

• Pickup & Drop-off Timings: Timings listed on our website are estimated. Actual pickup times will be adjusted based on your specific hotel location and local traffic conditions.

Logistics & Transportation

• Seating Policy: Seats are assigned by our tour manager based on availability at the time of boarding.

• Flexible Timing: Pickup and drop-off times are approximate and may vary by 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions, your hotel location, and the overall trip schedule.

• No-Show & Lateness: To respect the schedule of all guests, our vehicles will depart at the designated time. If a guest is not present, it will be considered a “No-Show” with a 100% charge and no alternative transfer provided.

• Unforeseen Delays: While we strive for punctuality, VooTours is not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable factors (e.g., traffic, weather, or mechanical issues). In such cases, we will provide alternative options where possible.

• Private Options: Private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request for an additional fee.

Preparation & Attire

• Dress Code: Lightweight summer clothing is recommended for most of the year. However, sweaters or jackets are advisable during the cooler winter months.

• Outdoor Essentials: We strongly recommend bringing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat for protection against direct sunlight.

• Valuables: Please keep your personal belongings (cameras, wallets, jewelry) with you at all times. VooTours and our staff are not responsible for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

• Strollers: To ensure enough space in our vehicles, strollers are not permitted unless we are notified at the time of booking.

Safety & Conduct

• Child Supervision: For all water-based activities, children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult in the water at all times.

• Documentation: Some tours strictly require your original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your tour notes carefully; VooTours is not responsible if entry is denied due to missing identification.

• Photography Laws: Capturing photos of UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government installations is strictly prohibited by law.

• Public Decorum: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses in the UAE and may result in heavy fines.

Service Availability

• Religious & National Holidays: During Islamic occasions, National holidays, and Ramadan, live entertainment and alcohol service will be unavailable as per government regulations.

• Operational Changes: Certain inclusions or sites may be closed on weekends or specific days due to government norms. VooTours is not responsible for these external closures.

• Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued for partially utilized services or segments of a tour package.

• Contractual Agreement: By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Tour Brochure, Price Grid, and Terms & Conditions.

Does the tour price include tickets for the Burj Khalifa?

Yes! Your tour includes a timed entry ticket to the “At the Top” observation deck (124th & 125th floors) of the Burj Khalifa. We handle the booking so you don’t have to worry about long lines or sold-out slots.

How long is the drive from Abu Dhabi to Dubai?

The drive takes approximately 90 minutes each way. You will travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle, allowing you to relax and enjoy the desert and city views along the way.

What are the main landmarks we will see?

This tour focuses on the futuristic side of the city. Key highlights include the Burj Khalifa, a photo stop at the Burj Al Arab, a visit to Palm Jumeirah, the Dubai Mall Fountain Show, and the beautiful Madinat Souk.

Where and when does the tour start?

The tour begins with a pickup from your hotel or mall in Abu Dhabi at 11:00 AM. The total duration is about 9 hours, returning you to Abu Dhabi around 8:00 PM.

Is there a minimum number of people required for the tour?

Yes, this is a shared tour that requires a minimum of 4 participants to operate. If your group is smaller, we will do our best to pair you with other travelers.

Can I see the Fountain Show during the tour?

Absolutely! We visit the Dubai Mall area in the evening, which is the perfect time to watch the choreographed music and light performance of the Dubai Fountains.

 Is food included in the tour price? Meals are not included.

However, we spend a significant amount of time at the Dubai Mall, which offers hundreds of dining options ranging from quick food courts to high-end restaurants overlooking the fountains.

What is the dress code for the Burj Khalifa and the tour?

We recommend smart-casual attire. Comfortable walking shoes are essential as there is a fair amount of walking within the malls and at photo stops. Please remember to bring a light jacket for the air-conditioned interiors.

Do I need to bring my passport?

Yes, it is mandatory to carry a copy of your Passport or your original Emirates ID for security purposes and identification at various attractions.

What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

We offer an Easy Cancellation policy: you can cancel your tour up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Please note that no-shows at the scheduled pickup time will be charged 100%.
