  • Children are aged 3 to 10 years. For safety reasons, infants under 3 years are not permitted.

• Health Advisory: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, heart patients, or individuals with chronic back conditions.

  • Transfer Timings: Pickup and drop-off times are approximate and may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic, hotel location, or itinerary adjustments.

  • Seating: Seats in shared vehicles are assigned by the tour manager based on availability.

  • Private Options: Exclusive private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request.

• Safety & Guest Conduct:

  • Supervision: Children aged 3–12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

  • Stroller Policy: Strollers are not allowed in vehicles unless we are notified and confirm the request during your reservation.

  • Photography: It is strictly forbidden to photograph UAE residents (especially women), military installations, and government buildings.

  • Public Laws: Smoking in public areas and littering are illegal acts punishable by government fines.

• Preparation & Attire:

  • Seasonal Dress: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal most of the year; however, we recommend a jacket or sweater for the cooler winter months.

  • Sun Safety: We strongly advise bringing high-quality sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for all outdoor excursions.

• Operational Policies:

  • Valuables: Guests are solely responsible for their personal property. VooTours and its staff are not liable for any lost or damaged electronics, wallets, or valuables.

  • Holiday Restrictions: In accordance with UAE law, alcohol and live entertainment are unavailable during Islamic occasions and National Holidays.

  • No-Show Policy: A 100% charge applies for late arrivals. If the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided.

  • Force Majeure: VooTours is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues. We will provide alternative arrangements whenever possible.

  • Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services.

Terms and Conditions

1. Operational Rights & Modifications

• Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion. These changes are primarily implemented to ensure the safety and convenience of our guests.

• Force Majeure & Unforeseen Events: Should a tour be canceled or modified due to adverse weather, vehicle maintenance, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative, subject to availability.

2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

• Arrival Requirements: Guests must be present at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

• Strict Departure: If a guest is not present and the vehicle departs from the pickup location, no alternative transfer will be arranged.

• Fees: A 100% no-show charge applies to all late arrivals. No refunds, reimbursements, or rescheduling will be permitted for missed tours.

3. Transport and Seating

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is managed by the driver or tour guide based on daily availability. Specific seat requests are not guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and are subject to adjustment based on your specific hotel location and real-time traffic conditions.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Promotions

• Non-Refundable Inclusions: Any portion of a tour package or specific inclusion that is not utilized by the guest is strictly non-refundable.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional discount codes are valid only when redeemed during the official online booking process at the time of purchase.

What is the difference between the 60, 75, and 90-minute tours?

The 60-minute tour focuses on the Marina and Ain Dubai; the 75-minute tour adds a visit to the front of Atlantis The Palm; and the 90-minute tour is the full experience, including all landmarks plus the world-famous Burj Al Arab.

Where is the meeting point for the Love Boat tour?

The tours depart conveniently from Dubai Marina. Once your booking is confirmed, we provide exact GPS coordinates to the meeting point. We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes before departure.

Will I get wet during the speedboat tour?

Because these are high-speed boats, you may experience some light sea spray depending on the wind and wave conditions. We recommend wearing comfortable casual or sportswear that you don’t mind getting slightly damp.

Are the boats safe for children?

Yes, children are welcome! We have special pricing for children under 12 years old. However, for safety reasons, we do not recommend the tour for infants, and all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a private boat for my group?

Yes! We offer private tour options for all three durations. We have boats that can accommodate groups of up to 7, 12, or 22 passengers, making it perfect for birthdays, corporate outings, or family gatherings.

Do I need to bring my passport?

Yes, a valid original ID is mandatory for all passengers. You may bring either your original Passport or your Emirates ID to comply with UAE Coast Guard regulations.

Is the tour recommended for everyone?

While the tour is thrilling, it is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, or those with back and neck problems due to the high-speed nature and potential for bumpy waves.

Will the boat stop for photos?

Absolutely! Our professional crew knows the best angles for the perfect shot. We make strategic stops at iconic landmarks like Atlantis and the Burj Al Arab so you can capture high-quality selfies and panoramic views.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Safety is our absolute priority. If the sea conditions are too rough or the weather is unsuitable, the tour may be rescheduled or cancelled. In the event of a cancellation by us due to weather, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that late arrivals (no-shows) are non-refundable as the boat departs strictly on schedule.
