• Mosque Entry Dress Code (Strict): To ensure entry to the Grand Mosque, guests must adhere to the following:

  • Women: Must wear loose-fitting, long trousers or skirts (to the ankles), long sleeves (to the wrists), and a headscarf.

  • Men: Must ensure shoulders and knees are fully covered.

  • Note: Entry will be denied by Mosque authorities if these requirements are not met.

• Booking Confirmation: You will receive an instant confirmation at the time of booking.

• Minimum Guest Policy: This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to operate. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us prior to booking to confirm availability.

• Operational Cancellations: In the rare event that the minimum passenger requirement is not met after confirmation, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

• Transfers: Pickup and drop-off services are provided exclusively from hotels within Abu Dhabi city limits. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health Restrictions: This tour is not recommended for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back conditions.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Modify: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, adjust routes, or update pricing. We may also cancel a tour at our sole discretion if it is deemed necessary for guest safety or operational convenience.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions or portions of a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: * Guests are required to be at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time.

  • Failure to arrive on time will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show,” and VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% cancellation charge.

  • If our vehicle departs the pickup location due to guest lateness, no alternative transportation or reimbursement will be provided.

• Force Majeure & Service Disruptions: Should a tour be altered or canceled due to adverse weather, mechanical issues, or severe traffic, VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Policy: For all shared tours, seating is allocated by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for Private Transfer bookings.

• Timings: All pickup and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate. Actual timings will be adjusted based on your hotel location and local traffic conditions.

• Promotional Codes: Coupon codes are valid exclusively for use during the online booking process and cannot be applied manually after a booking is completed.

• Contractual Agreement: By completing a booking, the guest agrees to all terms and conditions stated above, as well as the specific itinerary and price grid provided.

Transport & Logistics

• Seating: All seating is allocated by the tour manager based on availability.

• Time Variance: Actual pickup and drop-off times may vary by 30–60 minutes due to traffic, your specific location, or the daily trip schedule.

• Private Tours: Private transportation can be arranged for any tour upon request for an additional fee.

• Punctuality & No-Shows: Our vehicles will depart at the scheduled time to respect the itinerary. If a guest is not present, it will be marked as a “No-Show,” resulting in a 100% charge with no refund or alternative transfer provided.

Preparation & Conduct

• Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is ideal for most of the year. During winter, we recommend bringing a sweater or jacket.

• Sun Safety: We highly advise wearing high-quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat during outdoor segments.

• Child Safety: Children aged 3–12 must be supervised by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

• Restricted Items: Strollers are not permitted in vehicles unless requested during the booking process.

• Prohibited Actions: Smoking in public areas and littering are punishable offenses. Photography of UAE residents (especially women), military sites, and government buildings is strictly forbidden.

Policies & Responsibilities

• Identification: Some tours strictly require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check your “Important Notes”—VooTours is not responsible for missed tours due to missing ID.

• Personal Valuables: VooTours and its staff are not liable for any personal belongings (cameras, wallets, etc.) left in our vehicles or at tour sites.

• Site Closures: VooTours is not responsible for the closure of specific sites or inclusions due to weekends, public holidays, or government mandates.

• Unforeseen Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will provide alternative options where possible.

• Refunds: No refunds are issued for partially used services.

Is the entry ticket to the Louvre Abu Dhabi included in the tour price?

Yes! Your tour price includes a pre-booked entry ticket to the Louvre Abu Dhabi. This allows you to skip the long ticket-office queues and spend more time exploring the galleries and the “Rain of Light” under the dome.

What is the strict dress code for the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque?

The Mosque has a very strict dress code:

• Women: Must wear loose-fitting, long trousers or skirts (to the ankles), long sleeves (to the wrists), and a headscarf.
• Men: Must cover their shoulders and knees (no tank tops or short shorts).
• Note: If your attire does not comply, entry will be denied by Mosque security.

Why is the tour unavailable on Mondays and Fridays?

The Louvre Abu Dhabi is closed on Mondays, making it impossible to conduct the full tour. On Fridays, the Grand Mosque is closed to tourists during the morning for prayer services, which significantly impacts the full-day itinerary.

How long does the tour last and what time is pickup?

This is an 8-hour comprehensive tour. Pickup starts at 9:00 AM from your hotel or mall in Abu Dhabi city, and you can expect to return by approximately 5:00 PM.

Is lunch provided during the 8-hour journey?

Lunch is not included in the tour price. However, we schedule a break at Marina Mall or the World Trade Center Souk, where you can choose from a wide variety of dining options to suit your taste and budget.

Do I need to bring my physical ID or Passport?

Yes. A valid Passport or Emirates ID is mandatory for entry into the Louvre Abu Dhabi and for security checks at various points throughout the capital.

How many people will be in the vehicle with me?

To ensure a more personalized and comfortable experience, we typically limit this tour to a maximum of 6 guests per vehicle (usually a premium Previa car or similar).

Can I take photos at all the locations?

 Photography is allowed at most sites, including the Louvre and the Grand Mosque. However, inside the Mosque, you must follow specific photo zones, and photography of government buildings or residents (especially ladies) is strictly prohibited.

What will we see at the Heritage Village?

The Heritage Village is an open-air museum that recreates Bedouin life before the oil boom. You can see traditional goat-hair tents, watch artisans create pottery and metalwork, and see an original falaj irrigation system.

What is the cancellation policy if my plans change?

 We offer a full refund if you cancel your booking at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the tour or “No-Shows” at the pickup time will be charged 100%.
