• Non-Refundable Services: No refunds or credits will be issued for any portion of a tour package or included service that is not utilized by the guest.

• Punctuality and No-Show Policy: Guests are required to be at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% cancellation fee. In such cases, the vehicle will depart, and no alternative transfers or reimbursements will be provided.

• Operational Contingencies: If a booking is affected by adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic, we will make every sincere effort to arrange a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.

• Seating Arrangements: For shared transfers, seating is allocated based on availability and is managed by the driver or tour guide. Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed, except in the case of private transfers.

  • Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted inside tour vehicles unless requested at the time of booking. Please inform us in advance to ensure accommodation.

• Operational & Refund Policies:

  • No-Show & Departure: If a guest is not present at the pick-up point on time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transfer or refund will be provided. We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show fee.

  • Water Activities: For safety, children aged 3 to 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during water-based activities.

Where is the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo located?

The attraction is conveniently located inside The Dubai Mall in Downtown Dubai. The Aquarium Tunnel is on the Ground Level, and the Underwater Zoo is on Level 2.

Is there a different price for children and adults?

For guests aged 3 years and above, the ticket price is the same. However, infants under 3 years old can enter for FREE.

Who is “King Croc,” and where can I see him?

King Croc is one of the world’s largest reptiles, weighing over 750kg. You can find him and his Queen at the Underwater Zoo located on Level 2.

Can pregnant guests participate in all activities?

While the Tunnel and Zoo are safe, experiences such as the Submersible Simulator and Glass Bottom Boat rides are not recommended for pregnant guests due to safety and motion restrictions.

How long does a typical visit take?

On average, it takes about 1.5 to 2 hours to explore both the Tunnel and the Underwater Zoo. If you have booked extra experiences like the Glass Bottom Boat or Behind the Scenes tour, you should allow for more time.

Is photography allowed inside the aquarium?

Yes, personal photography is permitted. However, we ask that you do not use flash in designated areas, as it can be harmful and stressful to the marine animals.

What is the best way to get there using public transport?

The easiest way is to take the Dubai Metro Red Line and get off at the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Station. From there, follow the air-conditioned “Metro Link” walkway directly into the mall.

What happens if I miss my scheduled time slot?

Late arrivals are treated as no-shows and are strictly non-refundable. We recommend arriving at the entrance at least 15 minutes early to ensure a smooth entry.

Can I cancel or reschedule my tickets?

Tickets are strictly non-refundable once booked. However, if you need to reschedule, you must contact us 24–48 hours in advance, and changes are subject to availability.
