Logistics & Flight Details: To facilitate a seamless airport drop-off, please provide comprehensive pick-up locations and accurate flight information at the time of booking.
Service Timings:
- Private/Exclusive Luxury Coach: Service availability begins at 6:00 AM.
- Shared Transfers: Operations commence at 6:00 AM, with subsequent pick-up intervals every two hours.
Child Policy:
- Children (3–10 years): Standard child rates apply.
- Infants (Under 3 years): Travel free of charge. On shared transfers, infants are welcome at no cost provided they sit on a parent’s lap and do not occupy a separate seat.

Useful Information

Seating & Scheduling: Seating for all premium transfers is allocated by our Tour Manager based on availability. Please note that pick-up/drop-off timings are approximate and may fluctuate by 30–60 minutes due to traffic or guest locations.
Preparation & Attire:
- Lightweight summer clothing is recommended year-round. During the winter months (November–March), we advise carrying a sweater or jacket for cooler environments.
- We highly recommend using quality sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat when in direct sunlight.
Personal Property: Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings (media equipment, wallets, and valuables). VooTours and its chauffeurs are not liable for items left in vehicles or at tour sites.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Tour Brochure, Itinerary, and Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding contract between you and VooTours LLC.

Right to Amend: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a service at its sole discretion. Such changes are primarily implemented to prioritize guest safety or accommodate operational requirements.
Non-Refundable Services: Any inclusions within a tour or group transfer package that remain unutilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.
Punctuality & No-Show Policy: * Timely Arrival: All passengers must be present at the designated pick-up point at the appointed time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status.
- Charges: VooTours reserves the right to apply a 100% No-Show fee in these instances.
- Departure: If the group is not present at the scheduled time and the vehicle departs, no alternative transportation or refund will be provided for the missed service.
Service Contingencies: Should a booking be altered or cancelled due to factors beyond our control—such as adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic delays—VooTours will make every sincere effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.
Seating Policy: For all shared or group transfers, seating is allocated by the driver or tour manager based on real-time availability. This policy does not apply to Private Luxury Coach Hire, where the entire vehicle is reserved for your specific group.
