• Minimum Guest Policy: This experience requires a minimum of 2 participants. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us to verify the schedule before finalizing your booking.

• Transfer Service: Complimentary pick-up and drop-off are exclusively available for Abu Dhabi hotels. We kindly request that you wait in your hotel lobby at the scheduled time.

• Health & Safety Advisory: This tour is not suitable for pregnant women or individuals with chronic back conditions due to the nature of the activities.

• Ramadan & Dry Days: In accordance with UAE government guidelines, live entertainment and alcoholic beverages will not be available during the Holy Month of Ramadan or on designated “Dry Days.” For specific dates and inquiries, please email us at info@vootours.com.

Terms & Conditions

• Right to Amend: We reserve the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, modify routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at our sole discretion, particularly when essential for guest safety or comfort.

• Unused Services: Any inclusions within a tour package that are not utilized by the guest are strictly non-refundable.

• Punctuality & No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the designated pick-up point on time. Failure to do so will result in a “No-Show” status, incurring a 100% charge. In such cases, no reimbursement or alternative transportation will be provided.

• Operational Contingencies: If a booking is altered or canceled due to extreme weather, mechanical issues, or traffic conditions, we will make every effort to provide an alternative service of similar value, subject to availability.

• Seating Allocation: For all shared transfers, seating is arranged by the driver or tour guide based on availability. Specific seat requests are only guaranteed for private transfers.

• Estimated Timings: Pick-up and drop-off times listed on our website are approximate and will be adjusted based on your specific location and real-time traffic conditions.

• Coupon Redemption: Promotional codes are valid only when applied during the online booking process and cannot be redeemed retroactively.

• Departure Protocol: To maintain the schedule for all participants, our vehicles will depart at the scheduled time. If a guest is absent and the vehicle departs, no refund or secondary transfer will be arranged.

What is Hysteria Haunted Attraction?

Hysteria is the first extreme haunted attraction in the region. It is an immersive “haunted manor” experience located in Dubai Mall, featuring live actors, jump scares, and terrifying special effects designed to simulate your worst nightmares.

Where in Dubai Mall is Hysteria located?

You can find Hysteria on the Second Floor of Dubai Mall, conveniently located near Reel Cinemas and KidZania in the Downtown Dubai area.

How long does the experience last?

While you are free to move through the manor at your own pace, most guests complete the terrifying journey in about 10 minutes—if they don’t run out sooner!

Is there an age limit for entry?

The experience is very intense and is recommended for those aged 16 and above. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. It is not recommended for young children.

How many people can enter at once?

To ensure a high-quality and immersive experience, a maximum of 4 people are allowed to enter the attraction at any one time. This ensures that every guest gets the full impact of the scares.

Can I take photos or videos inside?

No. To protect the safety of our actors and keep the surprises hidden for future guests, photography and filming are strictly prohibited inside the attraction.

Are there any health restrictions?

Yes. Due to extreme scares, enclosed spaces, and strobe lighting, entry is strictly prohibited for pregnant women. It is also strongly discouraged for those with heart conditions, epilepsy, claustrophobia, or back/knee problems.

Is the attraction safe?

Yes, the attraction is a controlled environment. However, participants enter at their own risk. Our live actors will never touch you, and we ask that you do not touch the actors or the props.

Do I need to book a specific time slot?

No, your VooTours ticket grants you access during Dubai Mall operating hours. You can visit anytime from 10 AM to Midnight (Sat–Wed) or until 1 AM (Thu–Fri).

What is the refund policy?

Tickets for Hysteria are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once you have committed to facing your fears and purchased your ticket, the booking is final.

• Seating & Transfers: Seat assignments for all shared transfers are managed by our tour coordinator based on availability.

• Flexible Timing: Pick-up and drop-off times are estimates and may vary by 30 to 60 minutes due to traffic, your location, or schedule adjustments.

• Government Mandates: We are not liable if certain attractions or inclusions are closed on weekends or specific dates due to government regulations or religious holidays.

• Seasonal Attire: Lightweight summer clothing is recommended year-round; however, please bring a jacket or sweater during the cooler winter months.

• Sun Protection: For your comfort, we strongly advise wearing high-quality sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen during outdoor activities.

• Private Arrangements: Tailored private transportation is available for all tours upon request.

• Personal Belongings: You are solely responsible for your valuables (cameras, wallets, etc.). VooTours and our staff are not responsible for items left in vehicles or at sites.

• Stroller Policy: Strollers are not permitted in tour vehicles unless pre-arranged. Please notify us at the time of booking.

• Child Supervision: Children aged 3 to 12 years must be accompanied by an adult for all water-based activities.

• Dry Days & Holidays: During Islamic occasions and national holidays, live entertainment and alcohol service will be suspended.

• Photography Etiquette: Taking photos of UAE residents (especially women), military sites, or government buildings is strictly prohibited.

• Public Conduct: Smoking in public spaces and littering are prohibited; littering may result in significant legal fines.

• Mandatory ID: Some tours require an original Passport or Emirates ID. Please check the “Important Notes” section, as we cannot be held responsible if entry is denied due to missing ID.

• Punctuality: To respect all guests’ schedules, vehicles will depart on time. No-shows or late arrivals will incur a 100% charge with no alternative transfer provided.

• Service & Refunds: No refunds will be issued for partially utilized services.

• Unforeseen Delays: In the event of delays caused by weather, traffic, or mechanical issues, we will strive to provide alternative options whenever possible.
