1. Rights to Modify and Cancel

Operational Discretion: VooTours reserves the absolute right to reschedule itineraries, alter routes, adjust pricing, or cancel a tour at any time. Such changes are made at our sole discretion, primarily when deemed essential for the safety or convenience of our guests.

Alternative Arrangements: Should a tour be canceled or modified due to adverse weather, mechanical issues, or significant traffic disruptions, we will make every sincere effort to provide a comparable alternative service, subject to availability.
2. Punctuality and No-Show Policy

No-Show Classification: Guests must arrive at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time. Failure to do so will result in the guest being classified as a “No-Show.”

Fees and Departures: We reserve the right to apply a 100% no-show fee. If the vehicle departs due to a guest’s late arrival, no alternative transportation or financial refund will be provided for the missed tour.
3. Transport and Seating
