Booking & Ticket Validity

• Specific Date and Time: Your purchased ticket is valid only for the specific date and entry time indicated on it. It automatically expires after this time.
• Final Sale: All Booking Confirmations and Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (i.e., final sale). Lost, damaged, or stolen tickets cannot be replaced or refunded.
• Changes: Any request to change or replace tickets is solely at the absolute discretion of Emaar (the operator).
• Online Purchase: Tickets can be purchased online using a valid Mastercard or Visa credit card.
• Confirmation: Upon successful purchase, you will receive a Booking Confirmation via email. If you do not receive it, contact +971505098987 immediately.
• Redemption: The Booking Confirmation must be redeemed for a physical ticket at the Will Call counter located at the reception of At The Top.

Entry & Timeliness

• Punctuality is Required: Ticket holders must arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled entry time shown on the ticket.
• Late Arrival: Guests arriving late for their reserved time slot will not be admitted.

Children & Supervision

• Free Admission: Children under the age of 3 years enter for free.
• Supervision: Children up to the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult (16+) at all times during the visit.

Prohibited Items & Security

• Security Screening: All guests and their belongings are subject to a mandatory security check (including X-ray and bag inspection) upon entry. Failure to comply is grounds for non-admission or removal.
• Bags and Strollers: Large bags and strollers are not permitted inside At The Top. They must be checked at the dedicated luggage counter (Will Call counter) prior to entry.
• Sharp Items/Electronics: Sharp items and certain electronics must also be left at the dedicated security counter.
• Food and Drink: No outside food or beverages are allowed inside At The Top.
• Behavior: Emaar reserves the right to refuse entry to any person using offensive or abusive language, or whose behavior may affect the safety or enjoyment of other visitors.

Operational Disclaimers

• Visibility: Emaar is not responsible for inclement weather conditions (e.g., fog, haze) that may affect visibility from the observation decks. No refunds are given due to poor visibility.
• Operational Changes: Emaar reserves the right to change entry timings or close the attraction (due to safety or operational reasons) with or without prior notice. In such cases, Emaar will offer an altered ticket for other timings or extend the validity of the ticket to a later date, at its sole discretion.
• Price Changes: Ticket prices may be varied at any time, but a decrease in price does not entitle a ticket holder to any refund.
